to end, especially where timelines are critical. Project Managers can be certified as Project Manager Professional (PMP) by
the Project Management Institute which is a desirable credential.

We support clients in a unique way compared to conventional approaches. Rather than simply prepare
clients for the PMP exam, we assist them with becoming more proficient as project managers along the way – and there
is a big difference. We advocate using clients’ active projects – viewed from the PM level - as the learning laboratory
instead of “canned” training curricula. This can result in immediate improved project results (particularly time
and cost savings) as well as preparing individuals for certification. It can repay the cost of training quickly – sometimes
before the training process is completed.
